Statewide Coverage — Serving Metro Detroit
Michigan Medicaid is a state-funded healthcare program that helps eligible low-income individuals and families access essential medical and long-term care services. Through Michigan Medicaid, qualified individuals may receive in-home support services that help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Compassionate Hearts Home Care proudly supports clients throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties. Our team helps families understand eligibility requirements, navigate enrollment steps, and connect with quality in-home caregiving services.
Michigan Home Help Program
Statewide Program — Current Service Area: Wayne, Oakland & Washtenaw Counties
The Michigan Home Help Program is a Medicaid-funded program available statewide that helps eligible individuals receive personal care services in their home.
Compassionate Hearts Home Care currently serves clients throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw Counties.
If you are located outside our primary service area but already have a family member or caregiver identified who would like to provide your care, please contact us to discuss your situation.

MI Coordinated Health
Coordinated Care for Medicare & Medicaid Members
MI Coordinated Health (MICH) is Michigan’s coordinated healthcare program for individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. The program combines medical care, behavioral health services, prescription coverage, and long-term support into one coordinated care plan.
Compassionate Hearts Home Care plans to expand into coordinated care services in the near future to better support eligible individuals and families throughout Southeast Michigan.
