Michigan Home Help Program

The Michigan Home Help Program is a Medicaid-funded program that allows eligible individuals to receive personal care services at home. One of the program’s greatest benefits is that many participants can choose a trusted family member or friend to become their paid caregiver. At Compassionate Hearts Home Care Services, we simplify the entire process—from enrollment through caregiver onboarding—so families can focus on what matters most.

MI Coordinated Health
Coming Soon
MI Coordinated Health (MICH) is Michigan’s integrated healthcare program for individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. The program combines medical care, behavioral health services, prescription coverage, and long-term supports into one coordinated care plan.
Compassionate Hearts plans to expand into coordinated care services in the near future to better serve eligible individuals and families throughout Southeast Michigan.
